July 8: What Does Stuff Taste Like?

It was a slow news day. As such, here's a lot of footage of my face playing "What does stuff taste like?"

  1. Ahaha, I like how you snuck in the phrase "this side of beef" at 1:35. I also noticed you only tasted thyme and just smelled the rest. Apparently, you found Simon & Garfunkel's secret - they just name songs after spices! Lol @ "Nutmeg...bathroom cleaner?"

  2. Until you said "this side of beef", I never thought about the use of side meaning a half of something. Perhaps "this side of orange" refers to half an orange, possibly as a side dish?

  3. I'm glad you put some much thought into these videos =). I like your thinking about "this side of orange", and that meaning would be quite apt. We often eat oranges with dinner (gotta ward off that scurvy, don't ya know), and usually each eat half. Critical thinking, FTW!

  4. I guess you were right that the meaning of TSoO would be revealed later. But was my interpretation what you intended originally?
